Key handover is conveniently handled via a key safe. You will receive the corresponding access code shortly before your arrival.

Please cross the bridge opposite the Kleudgen bakery and turn left.

The parking lot is located on the right-hand side.

Please use only the parking space marked with the sign “FW KLEINOD“.

For loading and unloading your luggage, you are welcome to drive directly in front of the holiday apartment.
Have you booked our holiday apartment Vetera? Your parking space is located directly next to the house in the courtyard entrance.
Please note: The entrance is very narrow!
Keys & Access

Key Safe: Your key will be available in a key safe at the entrance from 3:00 PM (15:00) onwards.

Access Code: The code for the safe consists of the first 4 digits of your departure date.

Example: Departure on January 5th = Code 0501.

Apartment Vetera is located on the first floor.

Departure: On your day of departure, please return the key to the key safe by 10:00 AM and reset the combination to 0000.
House Rules
A Request to Our Guests – Our House Rules
Our apartments have been furnished with great personal commitment and attention to detail. To ensure that all our guests feel comfortable, we kindly ask you to treat the property and its furnishings with care. Should something break or any other damage occur, please inform us immediately.

Safety & Energy: Please close all windows and doors whenever you leave the house. All electrical appliances must be switched off when you go out.

Cleanliness: To maintain our standards, please take off dirty shoes before entering the apartment.

Peace & Quiet: To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, please be mindful of other guests and observe quiet hours at night. Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the building. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace or in the courtyard entrance, but please use the provided containers and do not use the grounds as an ashtray.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Outdoor Furniture (Kleinôd): You will find the cushions for the terrace furniture in the bed base. Please bring the cushions inside during rain, whenever you leave the apartment, and overnight.

Keys: Please handle the keys provided to you with care. In the event of loss, the guest is responsible for the cost of replacing the locking system.

Kitchen & Cleaning: Upon departure, please ensure all used dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans are washed and neatly stored back in the cupboards. We have provided dish soap and kitchen towels for your convenience.

Waste Disposal: Please separate your waste using the bins provided. Dispose of your trash in the corresponding bins in the courtyard. Glass should be placed in the designated container next to the bins.
