Will we find Château d’Esprit in Höhr-Grenzhausen without any problems?
Most certainly! We want your journey to be as relaxed as possible from the very start. To ensure you can settle in immediately upon arrival, you will find our private parking spaces and the apartment entrances conveniently located at the rear of the building.
To ensure you arrive safely, here is a small tip for the final few meters: When your navigation system announces that you have reached Hermann-Geisen-Straße 18, please continue a little further to the next crossroad on the left – this is Luisenstraße. Simply turn there and take the very first entrance on the left. This is where Château d’Esprit welcomes you!
If you pass the house number Luisenstraße 1, you have rolled a little too far. Don’t worry – we are very close by and look forward to welcoming you!
When can I check in and out?
You can check in starting from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM. This gives us enough time to prepare the apartments perfectly for the next guests. Should you require different times, please feel free to contact us in advance.
Is there a contactless check-in available?
Yes, we use a key safe labeled with the name of your booked apartment. The code always consists of the first 4 digits of your departure date.
In Höhr-Grenzhausen, the key safe is located to the right of the entrance door in a window reveal.
In Bendorf, the key safe is located directly at the front door.

Are bed linens and towels included?
Yes, we provide freshly made beds as well as a set of towels per guest free of charge. Should this not be sufficient, you can book fresh towels or an intermediate cleaning via our digital guest directory.
Is toilet paper provided upon arrival?
Yes, absolutely! We want your holiday at Chateau Esprit to be pure relaxation from the very first moment. While it is common in many vacation rentals to bring daily necessities like toilet paper or dish soap yourself, this is part of our warm welcome service.
We provide you with a carefully curated basic kit for your start.
This includes:

Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
Our holiday apartments are strictly non-smoking areas. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas.
Can I store my bicycles safely?
At Château d’Esprit Höhr-Grenzhausen, bicycles can be stored in the stairwell next to the stairs.
In Bendorf Alt-Sayn, the “shed” in the courtyard can be used for storing bicycles.
Can I rent bicycles?
Yes! For everyone who wants to explore the region on two wheels without worrying about transport, the bicycle rental service Adventure Bike offers a very special convenience: Enjoy the luxury of having your high-quality rental bikes or e-bikes delivered directly to your door and picked up from there upon request. This allows your cycling tour through the picturesque Kannenbäckerland to start completely stress-free right outside your front door.

There is no classic, separate seminar room at Chateau Esprit. However, our locations are designed with enough flexibility that gathering together is easily possible. In Höhr-Grenzhausen, our apartments range from 17 to 35 sqm. For a shared game night or a cozy get-together, you can simply set up one apartment by bringing together tables and chairs from the other units. Similarly, in Bendorf, an apartment can easily be prepared for a social gathering.
How large are the apartments in Höhr-Grenzhausen and Bendorf?
The size of our units varies by location to meet different needs. In Höhr-Grenzhausen, we offer apartments ranging from 17 to 35 sqm. In Bendorf, more spacious vacation rentals with 50 sqm and 75 sqm are available to you.
Can we book the entire house exclusively?
For maximum privacy, an exclusive booking is often the best choice. Many guests have frequent questions regarding the conditions and the maximum number of people. We recommend booking well in advance so that we can prepare the house entirely according to your wishes.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, we will make every effort to re-rent the apartment; if this is not successful, we charge between 50% and 90% of the price in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to be covered.
