Our apartments and holiday homes are available for Check-In from 3:00 PM (15:00) and for Check-Out until 10:00 AM (10:00).
Key handover is conveniently handled via a key safe. You will receive the corresponding access code shortly before your arrival.

Please drive past the building and take the next street on the left (Luisenstraße). Once there, you can take the first entrance on the left to reach Château d’Esprit.
Subject to availability, you are welcome to park your car in one of the two designated parking spaces marked with our signs.
Key & Access Information
To ensure a smooth arrival, please follow these instructions for the key safe:

Key Location: The key is located in a key safe next to the entrance door on the right, inside a window recess. It will be available for you starting from 3:00 PM (15:00).

Access Code: The code consists of the first 4 digits of your departure date.

Example: If your departure date is January 5th, the code is 0501.

Check-Out: Upon departure, please place the key back into the key safe and scramble the numbers to 0000.

House Rules
A Request to Our Guests – Our House Rules
Our apartments have been furnished with great personal commitment and attention to detail. To ensure that all our guests feel comfortable, we kindly ask you to treat the property and its furnishings with care. Should something break or any other damage occur, please inform us immediately.

Safety & Energy: Please close all windows and doors whenever you leave the house. Ensure all electrical appliances are switched off when you go out.

Cleanliness: To maintain our high standards, we kindly ask you to take off dirty shoes before entering the apartments.

Peace & Quiet: To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, please be mindful of other guests and observe quiet hours at night. Parties and events are not permitted.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. You are welcome to smoke in the courtyard, but please use the provided containers and do not use the courtyard as an ashtray.

Keys: Please handle the keys provided to you with care. In the event of loss, the guest is responsible for the cost of replacing the locking system.

Kitchen & Cleaning: Upon departure, please ensure all used dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans are washed and neatly stored back in the cupboards. For your convenience, we have provided dish soap and kitchen towels in every apartment.

Waste Disposal: Please dispose of kitchen and bathroom waste in the black bin located opposite the main entrance. Glass should be placed in the designated container next to the bins.
